Fermenting - Rotpot Bubbles
The RotPot is a complete do-it-yourself kit that allows you to make the tastiest sauerkraut, kimchi, bubbles or butter at home by means of fermentation. Which variant do you choose?
Fermentation is the transformation of food by various bacteria, fungi, yeasts and enzymes that are present or added. Ideal for transforming leftover vegetables or dairy into a tasty, tasty and long-life product in a simple and sustainable way.
We mainly know liquid fermentations as beer, wine and champagne. In Eastern Europe and Russia they drink Kvass from stale bread, in Mexico they are fond of Tepache, a drink made from fermented pineapple. So now there is our own polder variant: Apple bubbles! Just to do with Dutch apples. Fermenting apple with spices creates a fresh, slightly sparkling drink. Due to the short fermentation time, the bubbles contain little alcohol and is a great alternative to wine or champagne.
