ARTIS calendar 2024

Calendar for the year 2024. ARTIS is a zoo, a botanical garden, a nature institute with two museums and a planetarium. This green oasis in the center of Amsterdam is home to many species. From meerkats to wild city birds and countless forms of microscopic life. ARTIS is also a botanical garden, with more than 700 trees and themed gardens to stimulate and nourish Amsterdam's animals. After all, plants and animals are closely linked.
This calendar highlights a number of unique plants that can be found in ARTIS. Every month you learn something new about a tree, flower or algae in the park, Micropia or the Groote Museum.
