Returns (right of withdrawal)
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can cancel it within 14 days without having to give any reason. Print the return form and complete it in full. You can also email the return form to firstname.lastname@example.org. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product.

Print the return form and complete it in full. Put the form, together with the product(s) in unused condition, in safe packaging and send it to:

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. In the Netherlands, they start at €4 (letterbox-sized parcel) or €6.75 (parcel of up to 10 kilogrammes). Different rates apply outside the Netherlands.
No returns in the store
Products you purchased online can only be returned by post and not in the ARTIS store. Use the return form for this and complete it in full. You must always be able to show proof of your purchase.
Processing a return shipment takes a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return shipment. When we have received your returned product in good order, you will be credited the full purchase amount excluding shipping costs.
Products you buy online can only be exchanged via the webshop. You must always enclose a completed return form. You can then place a new order via the ARTIS webshop.
I have received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
Please send an email to email@example.com, including photos of the damaged or wrong product. We will then determine the next step based on your email and photos.

European ODR Platform
If you have a complaint about products you purchased from us online, we are happy to assist you via firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you can also submit your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body via the European ODR Platform.
